Obituary of Paul Ravensdale

 Paul Gordon Ravensdale passed away unexpectedly at home in Brandon, MB on November 19, 2023 at the age of 54 years. Paul was born June 20^th, 1969 in Cobourg, Ontario. He completed school at Leduc Composite High School graduating in 1987. Paul enjoyed playing hockey and basketball growing up. He easily made friends and had a great sense of leadership. He joined the Military when he was 18 years old and had a successful 25 year career. He worked in 2PPCLI, 1RCR, 3PPCLI, 1RCHA, Pioneers, retiring as a Warrant Officer. Paul took a couple of years to enjoy retirement, and then started working at the Samaritan House, followed by Westman Salvage. During his lifetime, he enjoyed playing Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and collecting anything Batman related. Paul loved reading, coaching his kids at various sports, walking his dogs and playing peek-a-boo with his granddaughter. Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife Michelle (Shelly) and children Amber, Chantel (Joseph Everleigh), Micaela and Colin (Anika). He is also survived by his mother Martha, sister Cyndi (John) and nephew Allan. Paul was predeceased by his father Jeffery Arnold Ravensdale. A Come & Go Celebration of Life will be held at the George Brockie Fellowship Centre, 332-8^th Street, on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
