Obituary of George David Bell

BELL: George David Bell passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Assiniboine Centre on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the age of 80 years. George is survived by his wife Joan, brothers John (Melvina), Arthur (Pat) and his sister Clara. He is also survived by his daughter Patricia Ann (Warren), son David, grandchildren Tiffany (Joey), Michael (Amanda), Jennifer (Zach), Jamie, great grandson Dante, loving friends Darlene Bucklaschuk and Kathy and Mike Shrimpton, as well as numerous relatives and friends. A celebration of George's life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Funeral Celebrant, Kim Lewarne officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of George may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Unit 3-824-18th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 5B7 or to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9. His family will lay him to rest on September 8, 2015. We will gather at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, at 1:30 pm. and we will proceed to Rosewood Memorial Gardens for the interment at 2:00 p.m. May you rest in peace.
