Obituary of Jeff Ketch

Jeffrey Alan Ketch passed away suddenly in his home on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer.  Jeff was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on August 8, 1967.    Jeff was an Army brat who was uprooted a few times before settling in Brandon in 1977.  After attending School at Crocus Plains in Brandon, he began a long career at The Real Canadian Superstore, where he worked until 2024.  Jeff excelled at many things, and enjoyed a good game of chess, golf, racquetball, and in his earlier years was an avid ball hockey player. He was well known for his love of hockey, and as a fan of his beloved Philadelphia Flyers!  Jeff is predeceased by his father Marvin and dachshund Simon. Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his Mother Thelma, siblings Debora and Marvin; Stepmother Doreen, and step siblings Randy, Greg and Connie. Cremation has taken place.  As per Jeff’s wishes no formal service will be held. Donations in memory of Jeff may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
