I am blessed to have had the honor, and pleasure to have been one of his many care givers at MDC . I am saddened to hear of his passing . Regardless of his many disabilities ,his smile could light up a room .Those who knew him ,understood his wants and needs .RIP dear Raymond. your were so loved by your MDC family and freinds
