'Dear Shane and family
I am so very sorry to read to the passing of your Dad, He definitely was a Wild Bill. I met him in the late 90's through my late partner Bob Wilson. As you probably know, they shared many good times together. I would run into Bill sometimes at the grocery store or at the hospital. I believe he was there visiting friends. He always had time for a chat and a wee visit. And of course his laugh, would make me laugh.
I will certainly miss seeing him, around.
