Obituary of Pearl Sear
Pearl was born February 2, 1932 at home in Decker, MB. She was a middle child of 11. Her parents Allan and Annie had immigrated from Scotland.
She was raised in Decker. As a teenager she moved to Minnedosa and went to work in the bakery. It was there that she met her husband Bob.
Bob and Pearl had three children, Gerald, Donna and Darlene (deceased). She was blessed with seven grandchildren and13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Pearl enjoyed many years of travelling with Bob until they decided to retire in Carberry. She always said you could never find a more beautiful summer than in Manitoba.
She looked forward to her card games and Wednesday lunches at the Drop-in Center. She loved the meat draws at the Legion and never cared if she won or not. It was a big social event in her life for many years.
Pearl easily made friends wherever she went with her bubbly personality. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
