That is a beautifully rendered tribute to such a sweet and kind-hearted man. You will miss him so, Emelyn. Let your loved ones care for you through this hard time, as you care for them.

We were saddened to hear of Roy's passing. We enjoyed the food at
Brandon's Sommer Kitchen, especially the lovely bread, and appreciated
Roy's friendship. May God comfort you. Our love and prayers go with you.
We have many wonderful memories from our 40 years of friendship with Roy and Emelyn. There was a special Valentines Dinner that included 7 courses and was served by their sons. We enjoyed late night coffees and them visiting us in Pukatawagan and enjoying fishing together. We visited them in Strathmore and Calgary, and our kids thought Roy was a hoot! They came up to Fort St John to visit us and we enjoyed that weekend immensely. We always loved Roy’s sense of humour and had many laughs together. We had several precious visits with them in Brandon in the summer of 2022, not knowing that we would not see him again. Roy, we will miss you immensely when we go see Emelyn, but we will join you in heaven when our turn comes! Thank you for enriching our lives. We love you!
