Obituary of Michael Phillip Semchyshyn

Michael Phillip Semchyshyn 

Michael was born to Marvin Semchyshyn and Evelyn Russell on July 13, 1977 in Brandon, Manitoba.  Michael passed away October 25, 2020 in a Motor Vehicle Accident while living in Kelowna, British Columbia.  Michael completed Grade 10 in Brandon, and at the age of 18 moved to British Columbia.  Michael met Kyla Hachkewich, and together had one son, Izyn in April of 2000. Some years later met his second partner Raven L. Graham, and together had one daughter, Natalie.  Michael moved around often; however always stayed central to British Columbia; he had worked various labour centered jobs throughout his life.  Michael is survived by his mother Evelyn Meadows, sister Frances, brother Peter, son Izyn, and daughter Natalie; and predeceased by his brother Johnathan.  He will be laid to rest with his brother Johnathan and his father Marvin in Brandon Cemetery.

A Celebration of Michael and Marvin's Life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
