When I think of Carolyn I see her beautiful smile. She was a beautiful, kind, gracious and loving soul. She came to me as a client and we became friends. I remember the day that I needed to get to the airport quickly so I could catch a flight and say goodbye to my father before he died. Carolyn and George changed their plans that day to drive me to the airport on time. Kindness like that make an impact and will never be forgotten.
She loved connecting with my cats when she cdd as me for her treatments. She loved family, friends, flowers, classic cars, cruises and information on staying healthy and happy.
I loved watching her face light up whenever she spoke about George. There was no doubt he was the light and love of her life.

Our dear friend has moved...to her heavenly mansion! She is once again gloriously joyous and vivacious and with our Saviour and God. We miss her greatly each day.
We are so thankful for the many visits we had once you moved to Brandon -- our Albert's meals and Tim Horton's travel coffee breaks. We were blessed to have hosted you for your visits to us here in Cochrane as well. We've been blessed to have shared our faith with Carolyn and to have been loved and supported by you both.
We will not measure Carolyn's life by the number of earthly years but rather by the footprint that she has left in our lives, thoughts and hearts. We are going to miss her beautiful smile, awesome sense of humor, thoughtful notes/texts, phone calls, our visits together and more than anything her encouragement, wisdom and prayers as fellow believers.
We send our deepest condolences to you, George, and to all the family. We can close our eyes and wish that she was still here, or we can open our eyes and see everything that she left behind knowing that she would want us to live life to its full -- giving God thanks, praise and glory. Carolyn's earthly story has ended; ours is still being written; and we know that as fellow believers we will be meeting together once again. Until then, dear friend, we will keep you in our thoughts, hearts and prayers.
Our love and hugs, Ginny & Brian Winter

George ... I am so sorry for your loss ... I am shocked to hear of Carolyn's passing ... I so enjoyed coming over to your place over the years when you lived on your acreage off of Gas Plant Road. I have fond memories of seeing Carolyn drive her red convertible around town & meet for coffee. Carolyn was so full of life & it was contagious. My heart goes out to you & the family ...
Hugs ~

George, Kim, Karin and all family. Carolyn was such a light. She light up each room she came into and she cared for people well. She prayed faithfully for all she loved and had the gift of encouragement. She was a rock for me, encouraging me in my endeavours and always cheering me on that I could do all I put my mind to. She was my dear friend, and I am so sad she’s gone. Know that she left a wonderful legacy. She wrote birthday cards to each of us timing them to arrive just in time. She loved her family so so dearly. Praying for you all as she left a big gap.
