Obituary of Dorothy Gayowsky
GAYOWSKY: Dorothy Eva Gayowsky, August 15, 1945 to November 16, 2022. Dorothy Gayowsky of Brandon, Manitoba passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 77. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Danny and son, Gordon (Marie) Gayowsky of Dauphin as well as two grandchildren, Christopher and Bradley. Dorothy is also survived by sisters, Marie Millwater, Kay (Angus Jaska) and brother, Murray Smith. Dorothy is predeceased by her parents; son, Ronald Gayowsky and siblings. A Celebration of Dorothy’s Life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. A reception will be held at the George Brockie Fellowship Centre, located in the lower level of Brockie Donovan Funeral Home, following the interment. Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
