Obituary of Claire Whiting

WHITING: Claire Stanley Whiting. Claire was an only child, born in Winnipeg, MB but was raised in Swift Current, SK. He made dear friends in the many places he chose to live, earning his living as a freelance writer for companies advertising their products. Claire was an accomplished pianist and accompanied United Church Choirs in these communities including: Flin Flon, MB where he was employed by HBM&S, as well as Minnedosa, MB, Melfort, SK, and London, ON for many years, then settling in Brandon for his retirement. His sharp wit will be sorely missed by all who knew him remembering his uncanny ability to beat all at Trivial Pursuit!

His last 3 years were spent at Rideau Park Personal Care Home. We would like to thank the staff for his care and comfort.
