Frankie, as we called, him, was a great friend to Dunc. I remember showing up one Halloween at Connie and Frank's. He guessed who we were right away. Many years later, when he was living in Victoria Landing, he always said hello and asked about Dunc (I was there for a meeting) He had a quick smile, which made him a joy to know. May his memory bring you solace.
