So very sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I met her through volunteering at the Humane Society and became friends. She was very friendly and caring and I looked forward to seeing her weekly. We had many laughs while looking after the dogs and puppies. She along with Lisa, and Marg and myself would get together for breakfast in many occasions. Unfortunately when we no longer volunteered at the Humane Society l regret loosing contact with her.
She was a very special wonderful lady, my heart goes out to her family.

We were so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I met Linda in 1967 when I boarded with her parents while attending summer school. She was a valued member of the Brandon School Division. We send our deepest condolences to the extended family members. She will be missed.

I was very fortunate to have had Mrs. Bjarnason as my Grade 1 teacher at King George School in 1971-72 . I recall that she had also taught my sister (Reva) a few years earlier.
I remember her as a caring and kind person, a very good teacher, and have many fond memories of her from King George. I was very saddened to learn of her passing. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss of such a special lady.

Late last year, Mrs. White (Dorothy), a beloved Grade 4 teacher (King George School 1974-75) to myself and my classmates, passed away. With great sadness, another beloved teacher has passed away. Mrs. Bjarnason was my Grade 1 teacher, also in King George School (1971-72). She was a beautiful lady and a wonderful teacher. I was very fond of her as were many others I'm sure. I saw her again many years later when I took my young sons to visit the Brandon Humane Society. Please accept my condolences.
Note: This was the original King George School that was located on Victoria Ave, directly north of the new King George School - both located in the east end of Brandon.
Sincerely,
John Klassen
