I became acquainted with Holly Butler a number of years back and thus got to know her grandma, Ruby. What a wonderful knowledgeable plant enthusiast she was. She gave me so many seedlings, plants and the best gardening advice I could ever want. I too am a gardener with all fingers/toes very very green. She was truly an inspiration and I really missed her plant advice when she moved away to the Parkland area. It was a sad day when I read she had passed away because there is one less 'green' woman to keep the gardening cause going. My husband and I farm in the Rapid City area and many of the trees/shrubs/flowers in the yard have come from Ruby. I will not forget her generous heart, she was definately one of my heroes. Margo
