On behalf of my Mother Madeline Gibson, who lives in Dinsdale Personal Care, I would like to pass on her condolences to your family. Madeline and Jean had been friends ( and then relatives when my Mom and Dad married in the 30's,)for nearly 100 years as they both grew up close to each other. Madeline in Neelin and Jean in Holmfield. My Mom spoke kindly of Jean ,and of some memories she had of her. She regretted not being able to go to Jean's 100th birthday. It is remarkable that both these women lived to be over 100. My Mom wished that she could attend Jeans ceremony, it is not possible, but she will be with you in spirit.
