My heartfelt and warmest thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Bieber's family during this difficult time.
I remember meeting Flo for the first time when a whole crew of us, with Jeff, landed at her house on Ashgrove ~ she greeted us all so warmly and from that point on she always remembered me, (as I am sure she remembered all her kid's friends) and would share a laugh and smile.
Flo was and always will be respected and adored.

Dear Bieber Family,

We were blessed to have Flo as our friend. We are grateful that she had us over for a birthday luncheon for Baba..and the pictures I took that day will always be special. Thank you to Tina for taking Flo to see Baba's new apartment.. Flo was always about family and friends. Every conversation ended with "love you" and we will miss her greatly. What a women...what a loss to all her family and friends and those whose lives she touched in so many beautiful ways.
"Missy Bieber" was like a second Mom to me...her door was always open, as was her heart. Whether it was her amazing sewing, her fabulous cooking, her love of music, of family and friends...Flo had a huge generous spirit and a flare for embracing it all with a smile and easy talent. She loved her kids, her grandchildren and was proud of each and every one of them. She was a terrific and supportive neighbour and was an integral part of the community of which I had the joy of growing up in.
Though I have lived a province apart for some time now from where I grew up as a child in Brandon and where "Missy Bieber" was still residing...the memories are still strong and thus live on, now that Flo has passed from this life.
Our love to Jeff, Guy, Cindy and Greg and to their families...be proud...for you are Flo's legacy.
