Dear Mrs Munro,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Munro. I could not believe that was him when I saw the picture.
I am remembering you and your family at this time.
I remember when I lived at your place and how well you looked after me and Betty who lived there too.
Thank you for all you did for me.
Mr. Munro was so jolly and I used to chuckle when he said for you to get the groceries on the table or when he wanted you to pour him a cup of poison (coffee).
I pray you will be comforted with family and friends around you.
I hope you are doing well.
Love from Malvina.

I was saddened to read of the passing of your husband and father. However, he lived and long and wonderful life and contributed so positively to so many lives. I realize that I have known him for 39 years- since 1971- and remember his always having a smile and his always welcoming me warmly- whether to the house, at church, or during our last visit at the Assiniboine Centre. He played an essential role in my life in 1987 in helping me to locate my biological mother, for which assistance I am very grateful.
May you all feel the wonderful lifting and comforting of our heavenly Father as you bid farewell next Thursday. Although I cannot be with you, I will remember you throughout that day.
Sincerely,
Dennis Lawrence
