Although we never got 'home' as often as we would like to have, Al was always a joy to be with, at the farm, a ballgame or shooting snooker. He was the only grandpa / great-grandpa our kids on the Stewart side knew. I know some who are really going to miss the foot massages.
We should all be so blessed as he was to be as mentally sharp and as healthy as he was at 99 tears of age. He was truly amazing and we should be so glad that he did not suffer as so many others do.
Glad you came into Mom's life Al. We remember well celebrating her second 25th wedding anniversary with you. And you two had many years together after that anniversary. Thanks.
