Obituary of Vera Robinson

ROBINSON… Vera Robinson of Brandon, beloved wife of the late Stanley Robinson, passed away at her residence, Fairview Personal Care Home, on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the age of 96. Vera was born and raised in Brandon and together with Stan operated the West End Grocery Store from 1942-1973. Vera was a long time member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Bill(Jan), grandsons, Ian(Andrea), and Todd, and a very special niece Vivian Bramall. The funeral service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev Orton Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of Vera may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, Unit 3, 824 – 18th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 5B7.
