Your mom was truly a remarkable women and friend. When we were working together in the Pine Ridge building the group was very close. Our breaks where shared together and we were a great support for each other. I'm not sure if you know the story behind your Mom's horse ring! I needed my roof shingled and couldn't afford it. Noreen approached me and said I'm thinking of getting a new horse ring made and was thinking if you still had your old wedding ring I would love to buy it for the exact amount of money I needed to repair my roof. True friend. I was lucky enough to share the memory of Jan's band playing at the Unwinder for the first time and the look on her face the day Nissa was married. She was so proud!
