My heart is sadden at the sudden loss of Pat, she was one amazing beautiful and strong lady. I was blessed to have her as a friend for 44 years. Even though I moved away 30 years ago when I visited Pat each year we felt like we had seen each other daily. Her beautiful painting projects will be loved for generations.
Pat taught my mother and aunt how to paint, she was a natural teacher in this area and made the classes so much fun. Pat saw that I was not skilled in painting so she made me 10 Christmas ornaments and oh the details on those was brilliant. I will think of her with love each Christmas I put them on the tree. She made me 3 fun ornaments for my cottage deck but the gift I treasure the most is a hand blown egg, painted soft blue with branches and birds on it. Today I have it on the table in honour of my good friend.
Her heart was available to all and you were always greeted with a warm smile. I loved you Pat and will miss you.
