I met Carol shortly after I moved to Brandon, would have been 1970 and of course it was at a Light Horse Show where I was working the canteen with Myrna Couling. Debbie Grimshaw had asked us to look after the food. It was a beautiful summer day and I remember Carol as being so kind and helpful. Always enjoyed a visit with Carol when we would meet at the Winter Fair. She will be missed by many people in the Brandon Community.
