Barbra-Anne, Rob and family, thinking of you and family at this time of loss. Victor will be greatly missed. I will always remember his cheekiness, stories, and conversations we had. He was a true gentleman. Life for him was making everyone else smile. His heart was huge especially when the kids came to perform and he would give them each a chocolate bar(full size). There is so much more to say, but will now will be remembered as memories that will never be forgotten. It was great to know him and his family. Take Care. Christie-Recreation
