Condolence to all of Wayne's family. He spent many a day with us when we lived in Hilltop. Was such a joy to have around. He always had a smile on his face. He came to Courtenay, B C to visit my ex-husband (Frank Naswell) and while here he came into the Legion. My husband and I were there and of course I recognized him right away. He was with a lady and they were going to stay in a hotel. We both said no and they came home with us. I don't remember if it was for one or two nights. We also did some laundry for them and was a very memorable visit. That was the last time I saw him.
