Though I knew Joleen for a short time, I know she was a wonderful person. When I moved to Winnipeg last September to begin university, I didn't know anyone. Joleen, with her friendly and caring personality, approached me and became one of my first friends. I am forever grateful for having the privelage of knowing her, even for a short year. May she Rest In Peace. All my prayers going out to her family and close friends right now. She touched so many lives.

Our sincerest sympathies at this difficult time for your family. My family lived in MB from 2007-2013 and we're members at Knox and Joleen was always so kind to my babies, loving and friendly. She always helped with the little ones for Sunday school when asked. She had a great sense of humour and warmth for others as I remember her. Bill and Carol. We were so saddened when we heard news of your loss. It was only a couple of months ago when Michael, Karen and I were eating supper at echo restaurant when michael introduced us to Joleen. She was the most caring efficient server we had ever met. There really are no words to express how very sorry I am. Joleen was always the sweetest young girl in daycare. She was always so kind to all the other children. We always joked that she was my little personal coordinator as she knew all the rules and regs. So many sweet memories of Joleen.
