Norma, I had the pleasure to volunteer with you several times and chat over coffee at Tim Hortons while I was posted to Shilo. We volunteered with St John Ambulance, your smiling face and dedication to teaching and mentoring our volunteers was second to none - your presence will be sorrowfully missed on events but we all know you are with your husband looking over family and the people you served.
