Words don't do justice to this prince of a man who worked tirelessly and effectively for the people of Brandon and Manitoba. He was first and foremost an activist - he was elected to get things done, solve problems, and make a difference. He had the sharpest of minds and a humility that politicians rarely possess. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. May they be comforted in the knowledge that Len, with the support of his beloved Alice, touched so many lives in so many positive ways.

Dear members of the Len Evans Family:
With the passing of your father, we have lost an honorable principled politician, a great supporter of social justice, a genuine human being and a great friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
My condolences to you who also lost a great father

I only knew Len for a few years as a neighbour. He was always generous and kind with so many interesting things to talk about. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
