It is with such a heavy heart that I send my most sincere sympathy at this time of greatest loss. Arlene was a wonderfully kind and caring friend, a wise and generous mentor and an extraordinary woman of strength and exemplary deeds. She was a passionate and professional adult educator who dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of others...and boy, did she ever!! It was also clear that family was so important to Arlene...she spoke of each of you with much love and was always so proud of your many accomplishments. She so enjoyed the trips up to your property – what we called, your Happy Place!
To have such a special person taken from us much too soon, I have to believe God has bigger plans for this extraordinary woman. May the love of family and the support of friends help you through the journey ahead. Sincerely, Marie Matheson
