Linda and family we were deeply sadden to hear of the sudden passing of Bill. As a Councillor and now Reeve, I have had many meetings with Bill and he always had a smile and a story. I also remember he called when there was a flood in Douglas offering to help in any way he could. He will be missed.

I will always remember Bill for his big smile and sense of humour. My visits to Bill & Linda's home was never complete unless I could tease Bill. It is these memories that keep our friends near!
