We would like to send our condolences to Darcy's family. Our father Lloyd Oliver was a army companion and good friend of Darcy,s. Our father often shared stories and memories of times spent overseas during the war.

Our condolences to Darcy's families and Kay. Our family were "across the street" neighbors of Darcy and Betty on Aster Crescent. He was always so kind to our sons, who always called him Mr. Plante and he was kind enough to allow the boys to pass through his yard on their way to the arcade or deliver newspapers. Darcy always enjoyed a chat with the boys and we enjoyed a neighborly visit with him. We also admired his tomatoes he grew on the south side of his home. I saw Darcy a few years ago at the hospital where he was visiting, it was nice to see his smile again and have a little catch up in our lives. It was a pleasure to have Darcy as our neighbor.
