To John and all the extended Harder Family my sincere sympathies. What a lovely photo of your much loved Mum who is now in a far better place and reunited with all those who have gone before. As you get over missing her you will begin to remember some of the most pleasant memories long forgotten. This is how our much loved parent stays with us. Lorna Cochrane (nee: Epp) from Northern Ireland

So very sorry for your loss! Am praying for you all. I have very fond memories of when we used to come visit you when we were mostly still all kids. I remember Aunt Anne always being so very hospitable and her quiet calm was always amazing to me. She was always gracious and always had a table full of food. As you mourn her loss...rejoice that one day we all shall be reunited in glory! God bless! <3

Sending our condolences to you.. John ,Linda, Susan , Kathy and David and your Families. We have so many good memories of our times together with your Mom and Dad at our farm in Hayfield /Beresford area whenever you came to visit or when we came to your house on 1st. Ave. She also visited me here (after my husband Ike passed away) several times when she came to visit Kathy and your Aunt Helen & Uncle Frank. These were good times along with Jake and Eva Friesen and family and others from Grace Church getting together. Your Dad always had a good story to tell in Low German of course...Was sorry to hear she is gone, but we know she is in Heaven and not suffering anymore. I remember her friendly welcome even when we dropped in when we came into Brandon. She will be missed so just cherish the memories.
Sincerely from Susan (Thiessen) and Victor Klassen & my children
Lois, Ernie, Brenda & Lorraine from B.C.

Am grateful to have had your mother as a neighbour and friend for many years. She always had a smile (as the photo shows) and a positive attitude. You will miss her, but you also know she is in a far better place--no more pain, no more loneliness, only joy and peace for ever. My prayers are with you as you celebrate her life and as you remember her teaching, training and unconditional love.

The picture you have chosen is such a good one! Your mom always had a smile and looked on the bright side. When she still lived in the house on First Street I stopped in to say "hello", her welcome was immediate even though it had been years since I'd seen her. She has been in my life since I was about 2 years old -- and I can't think of any memory that was not positive!! Baking and cleaning on Saturday's (chores first, then play!), hiding cookies in the freezer (!), great bread and buns -- and always a welcome. She was a hard worker and kept the immigrant mentality (scrape ALL the cookie dough from the bowl, now!) in her teaching (and scolding) of her children. {another memory - re-wrapped Christmas gifts!!} I know you will miss her and that shows your love for her, and her for you. May the heritage you have inherited bear you up in this time of grieving. My thoughts will be with you {John, Linda, Susan, Kathy & David - and your spouses and children} as you celebrate her life and say goodbye.
I am thankful I will see her again someday.
