Sheena, Chelsea & family - Your mother was a wonderful, fun, kind, caring individual who loved you both more than anything in this world. I was lucky to meet her and get to know what an amazing person she was. I got to know Kathy when my daughter was in her daycare, and we quickly became friends, talking every day after I opened my own daycare. Always a great listener, giving advice and guidance or strength when I needed it - Kathy was there. We lost touch after I returned to working outside the home, but always remained in contact through facebook or the grapevine. I was fortunate to run into her last December and able to hear about her illness and have the opportunity to give her a hug. Thank you Kathy for always being there for me, and taking such wonderful care of my baby way back in 2000. The kindness and compassion you always gave her made the difficult days at the office possible when she was with you. You will be missed beyond words by so many. Sheena and Chelsea, I hope your memories give you comfort always.
