As so many have commented on Dans sense of humor, I do
remember him keeping us laughing when on one of your
camping excursions you forgot a pillow & came out to "Aunt
Irene's" to borrow a pillow. Dan had a lot of fun comments

My condolences Marg, Reg, Laurie, Linda and families. Even though I haven't been in Alexander for many years, I still have great memories of Dan and Marg at the rink every weekend and volunteering with my parents at the Community Club dances. He was always there with a smile and willing to help in any way he could. He loved his family and community both and it was evident in everything he did. I remember being at Grandma's house many years ago visiting, when there was the loud roar of snowmobiles. The door burst open & in walked Dan & a couple friends...they were out enjoying the Manitoba winter & stopped in to visit Grandma & enjoy a cup of coffee & a visit with a neighbour from across the frozen river. I remember sharing many laughs that day so long ago. Dan was a great neighbour & we are saddened to hear of his passing. Our condolences to you all. We know Dan, Dad & Grandpa will be missed dearly.
