Tommie and the Weir family allowed us into their lives for which we are sincerely grateful.Visiting Tommie was always an experience even though we didn't see her often. We were always receiving care packages of antipasto, clodhoppers, and cranberry pistachio white chocolate crumble.David has sworn to track down the recipes and make them in honor of Tommie.Apparently he may have difficulty. We will always remember the pictures of Tommie during the Queen's visit.Tommie looked more regal than the Queen! We will also always cherish the memory of Tommie perched on her new Kubota at the cottage. Now we will raise a glass of Blue Nun and be thankful for the association we have with Tommie and her entire, wonderful family. Cheers Tommie!!!
Love Ron,Val,and David Stelck

Wherever you are, Tommie, I hope you are having a great time with all the members of the Turtle Club. It's not going to be the same visiting in Minnedosa without stopping to visit with you and partake of all the treats you always had on hand.
Life was never dull with Tommie around. I think of her every time I dust. She said it was alright to sign your name in the dust as long as you didn't write the date. When we left Minnedosa and were moving the TV, there was her name in the dust. Another thing I remember was never to trust a recipe you got from her. She and her friend, Carole, had a tradition when exchanging recipes - always leave one ingredient out leaving recipe recipients scratching their heads when the product didn't turn out as it should. God bless her and her huge heart. Very happy memories. Our love to the family, Shyrlee and Clare Mealing

We had a wonderful visit with Tommie at the end of August. Your mother was such a wonderful neighbor to us and was always interested in what our family was doing. We extend our deepest sympathy to all of you. Bill and Colleen Jury
