Charlotte was a great pal and jolly acquaintance. We met at Zellers on a Boxing Day and we laughed and shared over the years since then. Lately we shared a seat at ."the Clinic". But still we shared a happy place. Bless you Charlotte, you are with us, you address has changed.

I've known Charlotte since the Crocus production in 1994. Over the years she became "my person" at the WMCA. She was always helpful to me---she even lent me a dress for my son's grade 12 grad in 1998. Positive and fun, she had the knack of bringing out the best in others. We miss her and we all lost a special person when she left. We remember her with affection and send our heartfelt sympathy to the family at this sad
time

My condolences and thoughts to Ian and the Tosch family,
I remember Charlotte as being such a warm and wonderful lady. I've never forgotten how instrumental and supportive she was in helping us plan and pull together our '95 high school graduation ceremony. She really knew how to make a moment special.
May ease and comfort find you all and carry you in this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Stacey Terry

Charlotte was volunteered and a staunch supporter of the Lt. Governor's Winter Festival. We know that for her it was an "add on" to the many other things that she did, including her career, her family, and other volunteer opportunities and her social life. We appreciate that she was willing to serve and we valued her time and input. She brought her passion, intellect, insight, experience and resources to the table. Thank you Charlie for sharing the blessing of Charlotte with us. Our deepest condolences to you and the family on her passing. – City of Brandon Community Development Office

Charlotte was a unique and special lady. She possessed a joie de vivre and a carpe diem attitude like no one I have ever known. She was the consummate social convenor and always organized her large group of friends to attend various culinary events throughout the Wesman area. I'm sure she is presently planning a lot of social events in her heavenly home.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well preserved body but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out shouting,"Holy S***! What a ride!!" This is how Charlotte lived her life. We are going to really miss you, Girl!!

Charlotte:
You were sick and tired and we all knew,
that God would soon come to take you.
You fought so hard, so very long,
but through the pain, you stayed strong.
We all knew there would come a day,
when God would come to carry you away.
It doesn't make it easier to say goodbye,
and I try so hard not to cry.
I can't help but feel defeated,
or even maybe a little cheated.
But how very selfish would I be,
to hope and pray you could stay with me.
I love you and I will miss you.

Charlie and family,
I worked with Charlotte on the WMCA Board a number of years ago and we were friends. I always appreciated her enthusiasm and her outlook on life. I know that she has had a difficult journey these past years. I will not be with you on Tues -- I have a commitment to a Board that I am that I am currently on. In thinking it over, Charlotte would tell me to be at that meeting.
Sincere condolences,
Beth Smale

I was saddened to learn of Charlotte's passing. Having recently lost my husband Ian to Leukemia at age 74 on September 29, 2013, as well as my mother Winnie Stott at age 103 in January of this same year, I share your loss of a loved one. Mom & Dad always enjoyed visiting with you both & Ian as well, sharing his interest in vintage vehicles. Having moved from Manitoba to the Alberta Foothills 6 years ago to be closer to our family, we subscribe to Brandon Sun Online; thus, reading of Charlotte's death - Ian always remarked that Charlotte & Peter were the "faces" of the Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium, having worked with both re: various Architectural
changes/concerns. Charlotte will be greatly missed by all who knew & worked with her. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all during this difficult time ~~~
In Sympathy,
Sharon (Stott) Bobiak & families
