The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery mourns the passing of Chief Warrant Officer Mr Gnr William “Bill” Noseworthy, MMM, CD—a Gunner of exceptional dedication, leadership, and integrity.
His distinguished career was marked by unwavering service, mentorship, and a deep commitment to the Regiment’s values, he exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and loyalty.
His influence extended far beyond his formal duties. Bill shaped generations of soldiers with quiet strength and steadfast guidance, leaving a legacy that will endure in the culture and spirit of The Royal Regiment. His service as an AIG on my RESO III course made a lasting impact on my career in The Royal Regiment.
His passing on Remembrance Day is a solemn reminder of a life devoted to service. On behalf of all ranks, I salute CWO Noseworthy—a true patriot and cherished comrade to all who knew him.
